Lindsey and Ryan’s wedding at The Willard was the kind of day that reminds me why I do this work: meaningful, joyful, and effortlessly refined. The historic grandeur of the Crystal Room set the tone for a celebration filled with heartfelt moments, graceful details, and classic charm.
From the beginning, Lindsey and Ryan envisioned something that felt both grand and grounded. With no official wedding party, the focus stayed on the two of them and the people they hold closest. Their ceremony and reception, planned by Beacon & Berkeley Events, unfolded in the same gilded space, with cocktail hour in the courtyard just as the evening light softened.
Lindsey wore a gown from Love Couture Bridal that echoed her love for neutral tones and understated beauty, paired with white florals and soft greenery from Floriography. The day was filled with quiet glances, cheeky dad jokes, and an abundance of laughter. It was a joy to photograph the honest connection between them, especially when Ryan saw Lindsey walking down the aisle.
They kept things intentional, from skipping a first look to preserve that emotional aisle moment, to planning candid photos with their closest friends from Colorado and college. It all came together in a celebration that felt classic without being overly formal, and deeply personal at every turn.
